CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

INSANITY
High intensity exercise for 3 minutes, followed by 30 seconds of rest.

GROUP STRENGTH
Lift, sculpt, bound and lunge to upbeat music challenging your overall fitness level.

ABSOLUTE ABS
Complete core workout targeting the abdominals to sculpt and strengthen.

COPPERMINE SPIN
Cardiovascular workout based on the principles of cycling.

ATHLETIC STEP
Intervals of basic step moves combined with strength training exercises.

STEP 360
An intense interval cardio & weight class using SPRI STEP 360 focusing on core and balance.

BARRE
Create long lean muscles, using the Barre for stability, stretching and resistance work.

PILATES
Build strength while learning essential Mat work exercises.

RESULTZ ADULT FITNESS
Challenging high calorie burning workouts for your fitness level. *fee based program.

BODY BLAST
Fast paced total body interval training – 1 cardio drill per 3 strength exercises.

AB SOLUTION
A core specialty class designed to bring you the best abdominal training exercises.

CYCLE CROSS
Spinning for a cardiovascular workout & Interval training exercises off the bikes.

BARRE-LATES
A slower paced fusion of both Pilates and Barre incorporating deep stretches.

CARDIO BOXING
High intensity workout combining traditional boxing, kickboxing, & conditioning exercises.

BEGINNER YOGA
Learn basic yoga postures as well as proper form. Non heated.

NON-HEATED YOGA FLOW
Flowing poses and sequences linked to breath in a non-heated room.

YOGA WITH WEIGHTS
Use hand weights to build strength, focus, muscle awareness, & flexibility in warm room.

ALIGN & EXCEL
This class is designed to develop ease, healthy alignment and body awareness.

HOT POWER YOGA
Taught in a heated room – work through poses and sequences linked to breath.

YIN VINYASA
Meditative style of yoga focusing on passive stretching targeting connective tissues.
